Welcome

The Public Libraries of Saginaw Partners with Judge M.T. Thompson- Project Future 2012, and their New Anti-Bullying Program

This eight-week program, which began January 7th, is geared towards educating youth about cyberbullying, bullycide, and sexting.  The main tool for the program is a newsletter called the Weekly Bully Beat Down, and is free of charge, and can be found at all of our five library locations through the end of February.  Students in Grades 4-12th are also encouraged to participate in a bullying essay contest.  Each student will be asked to create an essay on how bullying can be stopped among their peers and people of all ages.  Applications can be downloaded from this website, or paper versions are available at our library branches.
